CBN.com –"Contrast, Conflict and Completion." These are the words that Bill Hamon used to describe this New Year. "2013 will be one of the most prosperous years that you have been through in a long time - expect great things. It will be a year of breakthrough."

According to Hamon, "The Church will manifest more glory than ever seen in the year 2013! The world will be in darkness - the Church will get brighter and brighter...This year we have to be able to hear and see what He is doing...I believe we are going to see the greatest influx of souls coming to the Lord this year."
PRINCIPLES FOR YEARLY PROPHETIC WORD
1. It may take years for a prophecy to be fulfilled.
2. Personal prophecies are always partial, progressive and conditional. All prophecies can be canceled or postponed due to prayer and change.
3. Personal prophecies require faith participation to produce.
4. Prophecies to nations and natural catastrophes can be affected by prayer.
5. A few prophecies are unconditional decrees from Heaven that will happen. Some things God has decreed to happen no matter changes or conditions.
6. Every true prophecy concerning ministry will come to pass if principles are practiced.
THE CHURCH VS. THE WORLD AND THE WORLDLY CHURCH
2013 will be a year of growth and blessing for the "Present Truth Church." As Hamon described, the "Present Truth Church" is "Walking in all presently restored truth. That means you moved in the prophetic movement, you moved into the apostolic movement, you moved into the saints movement, and now you are moving into the final movement, the church reformation...You are keeping step with God's restoration." However, the World and the worldly church will experience a time of deterioration in 2013. Any inactive or lukewarm church bodies will be facing judgment. "If you're going to be worldly, you will get the world's judgment."

CONFLICT
This year, Hamon prophesied, we will see conflict. Specifically, he pointed out that there will be conflict between the following:

COMPLETION
For Hamon, 2013 equals a time of "Completion of all things necessary to move to the next phase of life and ministry. The preparation & provision required to be birthed or to birth God's purpose." It will be a year "to demonstrate the Kingdom of God in all nations that Jesus Christ is the one and only True God." What's more, Hamon also pointed out the significance of the numbers involved with this year. The number "3" equals "Divinity: Father-Son-Holy Spirit; Complete: Body-Soul-Spirit, 3 in 1, All needed to be whole." The number "13" equals "Jesus as 13th - life, light, blessings, fullness versus Judas as 13th - darkness, death, lifeless." Looking over his life, Hamon realized how many big, life events occurred on dates that included either the number "13" or "3." For him, the numbers have personal significance.
* Bill Hamon was conceived in October, 1933, and then born on July 29, 1934.
* In 1943, he finished grade school and moved to Jr. high in 1944
* In 1953, he left TX and moved to OR, Bible College, First Prophetic Presbytery.
* In 1963, he moved from WA to San Antonio, TX, and became a teacher at Bible College.
* In 1973, he experienced divine visitation/prophetic activation. (traveling itinerate ministry-airplanes)
* In 1983, he prepared to move CI Headquarters from Arizona to Florida.
* In 1993, he finally accepted his call and gifting of "Apostle" and "Prophet." He also prepared for 40th ministry anniversary.
* In 2003, he helped prepare the Day of Saints for the 3rd & Final Church Reformation. He also prepared for 50th ministry anniversary.
* In 2013, he will be preparing for the 60th ministry anniversary.
* Both of his parents were born in 1913.
* He married Evelyn Hixson on August 13th, 1955.

3 GROUPS
As Hamon shared, "There are three groups that determine the future of mankind and what happens on earth. It is based on God's prophetic purpose and timing for each one of the following:" the nation of Israel, the Church and the world. "Israel is important. God will fulfill all the prophecies for it...The Church is key. It has a purpose..." Another factor that will play a role in the prophecies for 2013 is the world's iniquity, which is expected to become "much like pre-flood generation and Sodom/Gomorrah."
GOD'S NUMBERS, YEARS, TIMES AND SEASONS
Gen.1:14, Acts3:21
"Every 2000 years, God changes the order to the human race." In the beginning, God created the human race - Adam and Eve. Then 2000 years later, Abraham begins the Hebrew/Israeli race, the nation of Israel. Then at 4000, "Jesus births His Church and head of the Church race." Then, at 6000, the third and final Church reformation begins and continues until Revelation 11:15 is fulfilled - when Jesus established His kingdom on earth. "Knowing the time we are in now helps discern what is happening and what is about to happen in the Church, Israel and earth. Not in the time of the first reformation of the Church (30-313). Not in the time of the 1000 year Dark Age of the Church (500-1500). Not in the time period of the great restoration of the Church (1517-2007). But now in the time of the third & final Church reformation (2008-Rev.11:15)...We are living in a period of awakenings and activations...Knowing where we are in God's time table and what the final fulfillment and destiny of the wicked/anti-Christ people, nations on earth, planet earth, the Devil/demons and God's purpose for His Church gives Christians understanding, comfort, hope and confidence while still mortals on earth."
JUDGMENT ON A NATION
As for the future of America, Hamon was directed to 1 Chronicles 21, where David was given three choices for judgment.
1. Three years of famine.
2. Three months of defeat by his enemies.
3. Or three days of the sword of the Lord - plaques and destruction.
"David was king of Israel and a 'man after God's own heart.' He destroyed enemy nations, expanded and established the borders of Israel according to God's promises to Abraham (Gen.15:18-23.) Yet God required judgment on the nation for the sin of the king. America and its president are no more favored than King David and the nation of Israel. God said His judgments would come by pestilence, death, plaques, natural catastrophes, wars, famine, economic recession and a few other methods. God's laws of sowing and reaping for evil are just as sure as sowing and reaping for good. Old Testament God is same God of New Testament God. God changes covenants, but His moral standards of right and wrong do not change. America and other nations are receiving judgments from God. Especially nations which have been chosen by God - favored, prospered and raised up to prominence to fulfill God's purpose."
Although David repented immediately, Hamon stressed, "his repentance did not avert the judgment that God decreed. But it did lessen the amount and duration of the judgment." David asked for the third judgment, which ultimately cost the lives of 70,000 Israeli men. And "God saw David's heart- attitude and willingness to receive judgment on himself and his household and to sacrifice to God what cost him-God relented and stopped the angel of the Lord from anymore killing." Here, Hamon asserted that the "Davidic Company within the Church must repent for trusting in the natural (economy) and numbers rather than trusting the Lord completely, 'For nothing restrains the Lord from saving by many or by few.' 1Sam.14:6. He also referenced the story of Jonathan, David vs. Goliath and Gideon's 300 vs. 300,000. "We must function according to kingdom principles, power, provisions & prosperity!"
BATTLES TO FIGHT
This year, Hamon shared, will be a year to fight. "In 2013, Jesus is going to fight for those who engage in the battle for kingdom purposes. Those who follow Jesus into battle receive their inheritance and all resources needed." Hamon insisted that it's time that we believers start shouting - making our voices known. Nu.10:35; Ps.68:1, Ps. 149:6-9, Ps. 47:5, Jos. 6:20 and 1 Thess. 4:17 all testify to the power behind a believer's voice. "The shout victoriously launches one into their prophetic destiny...The shout destroys protective walls of enemy-enables saints to destroy enemy...The shout activates presence of God, causing enemies to be scattered...With high praises/shout and word-sword saints execute written judgments...The shout of Jesus when He returns resurrects dead and translates saints."
As believers, Hamon argued, we need to be ready and equipped to fight. "We pray to and worship an invisible God. We fight invisible evil spiritual forces. We fight with our invisible spirit-man through prophetic acts with our body and vocal expressions of praise, praying and shouting. The weapons of our warfare are not natural but spiritual and mighty through God for the pulling down of demonic strongholds (2 Cor.10:4). We do not war against natural beings but against satanic angels and demons that operate as rulers in the kingdom of darkness in this age of mortal man on earth. We fight against spiritual armies of wickedness in the heavenly places (Eph. 6:12)."
So, for 2013, Hamon suggested that we gear up. "Remember your armor. Remember the sword of spirit, spirit language, the name of Jesus, the prophetic acts, high praises, prophetic praying and Apostolic decrees. Remember God's decrees; signs, wonders and miracles like God used to fight against Pharaoh in Egypt; mighty war angels; nature's forces of wind, water, fire, earthquakes and hailstones." In the end, Hamon shared that this year, 2013, will be a time of "Great Battles with great victories, much bounty, resources and completion."
